Ordering Net Guard 2008
Question: I get an error when I try to make an order?

Installing Net Guard 2008
Question: What operating systems does Net Guard 2008 support?
Answer: Secure Web Point Net Guard is fully tested with Windows XP (32 & 64bit) and Windows Vista (32 & 64bit).
Question: Do I need to uninstall the old version of Net Guard when upgrading?
Answer: No, you can install newer versions over the top of older versions, without having to uninstall. If you do uninstall an old version first, you will lose your existing settings.
Question: Why do I get MSVBVM60.DLL or other runtime errors?
Answer: These errors are usually caused by conflicting file access within windows. This can be fixed by reinstalling the Microsoft VB6 Runtime components.
Question: Do I need to be an administrator to install System Cleaner?
Answer: Yes. Normally it is not possible to install new applications unless you are an administrator.
Using Net Guard 2008
Question: Do I need to be an administrator to run this?
Answer: Ideally yes. Although you can still run this as a normal or restricted user, however, the program may not be able to access some important files.
